SECURITY OF PAYMENT

We operate a "secure server" which allows you to confirm your purchase with payment on-line. Your payment card details are sent from your browser through to the banking system encrypted, unreadable to the human eye. Only the last few digits are stored on our server for refund purposes.

Using a credit or debit card on our secure server is therefore inherently more secure than over the phone or in a shop or restaurant.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your eMail address and other contact details will be used for confirmation of your purchase, in the event of cancellation of an event, and to send you any items requested.

For events, we may provide delegates and any exhibitors with delegate lists. These lists will not include email addresses, postal addresses or telephone numbers.

Otherwise details will be provided to third parties only where relevant to an event, for shipment of product, for distribution of other requested information, or other appropriate reason. This includes where Camwells TViBiz is acting as sales agent for that third party.

We do not sell or otherwise provide customer details to third parties.

We assume that people booking tickets or purchasing other items from this site will wish to hear about future events and products, unless you advise otherwise.

REFUND POLICY AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings of tickets for attendance or participation in events and the purchase of other items from this web site are subject to the following terms and conditions:

General

  1. Confirmation and VAT Invoices
    • An email will be sent once the credit or debit card transaction has been authorised. This does not represent acceptance of your order until the price and transaction has been checked. In the event of underpayment we reserve the right to ask for any underpayment or at your request to return any monies paid.
    • The email contains a VAT number and once printed acts as a VAT Invoice. This is acceptable for input tax deduction per VAT Guide Notice 700 March 2000 section 6.12.
  2. Duplicate Invoices
    • For events run directly by TViBiz Limited, a VAT receipt can be collected free of charge from the receptionist.
    • Otherwise a £5 administration charge is made for duplicate invoices.
  3. Applicable Law: This agreement is to be governed by the laws of England and Wales and is deemed to have been made in England.

Camwells TViBiz Events, Tickets and Annual Membership

  1. Applicability: The Business Technology Forum meetings, other events run directly by TViBiz Limited, and the Annual Membership schemes are covered by the following terms and conditions. Other events and products are covered separately below.
  2. Substitutions: Tickets including places covered by Annual Membership are transferable. To avoid cancellation charges, delegate/exhibitor substitution may be made. Simply email details to camwells@camwells.co.uk with the word "Event" in the subject line.
  3. Cancellations and refunds:
    • Refunds for Annual Membership are given in full, less administration charge, provided request received before the first eligible event after booking.
    • Refunds for season tickets are only given before the first event after booking, calculated as for other tickets as follows.
    • Ticket refunds other than Annual Membership are made in full, less handling charge, when request received more than 28 days before start of event
      1. 50% received more than 7 days before start of event
      2. 25% received more than 48 hours before start of event (delegates only, not exhibition plots)
    • A handling charge of £5 + VAT will be deducted from each refund
    • All refunds will be credited to the card account used in the original purchase, but the secure nature of the booking service means we do not have the full number.
    • Please email refund requests to camwells@camwells.co.uk, with the word "Event" in the subject line, and we will contact you to obtain the full card number.
  4. Photographs: At each event, photographs of speakers, delegates, exhibitors and other participants may be taken and may be used in subsequent publicity. Your consent to this is assumed unless you make yourself known to the photographer.
  5. Admission: TVIBIZ Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission to events. A full refund will be given to any affected delegates.
  6. Changes to the Programme or Venue: We reserve the right to make changes, including cancellation, without prior notice. Our liability in the event of cancellation or other changes will be limited to a full refund of any fee paid. In the event of cancellation or change of venue, delegates will be notified as soon as practicable using the email address they supply.
  7. Personal safety and belongings: TVIBIZ Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility for delegates or their belongings whilst attending TVIBIZ events.
  8. Speakers: TVIBIZ Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility for the content or advice given by speakers at TVIBIZ events or in copies of their presentations.
  9. Exhibitors:
    • The exhibited products or services should have direct relevance to the event concerned. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings after initial confirmation has been issued, for which a full refund will be given.
    • Exhibitor plots comprise a table only, plus power. Exhibitors are welcome to bring their own stands (subject to checking dimensions with us), or stands can be hired by emailing camwells@camwells.com, with the word "Event" in the subject line.
    • Personnel arriving before a set time (e.g. 10.15am for Business Technology Forum events) will need to purchase delegate ticket(s); those arriving afterwards will be free of charge.

Masterwatch CreditCheck for Windows

  1. The agreement for using the software, data and ancillary services is directly with Masterwatch Limited, who are the authors of the software and providers of the weekly data. TViBiz Limited offers a trial of CreditCheck for Windows on that basis.
  2. The CreditCheck for Windows software and historical data will usually be sent to you by Masterwatch Limited within a few days of your order, together with the agreement.
  3. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the agreement, or that the system does not meet your expectations, TViBiz Limited offer a "no quibble" refund of the trial subscription. Simply contact us by email at camwells@camwells.co.uk (with the word "Enquiry" in the subject line) within one month of your order, and delete the software and data from your system.
  4. TViBiz Limited makes no warranty as to design or materials, fitness for purpose, performance, use or quality of CreditCheck for Windows and all other conditions, warranties, stipulations and statements, whether express or implied by common law, statute or otherwise are hereby excluded.
  5. If you have any problem with CreditCheck for Windows, please contact Masterwatch directly, who provide support.
  6. Nonetheless for quality control purposes we would like to hear about any problem you might have, and if necessary will help you resolve it.

Business Clinics

  1. The Business Clinics are run by TVIBIZ LImited.
  2. Liability for advice given is limited to the fees paid.
  3. A full refund may be requested up until 24 hours after the conlusion of the meeting, as a no-quibble refund guarantee.

Other Events and Products

  1. TViBiz Limited acts as a sales agent for all other events and products not mentioned above, including other seminars.
  2. Terms and Conditions for each purchase are as specified on the web site of the respective supplier, as can be accessed from the Conditions link for each event and product.
  3. TViBiz Limited makes no warranty as to design or materials, fitness for purpose, performance, use or quality of any event or product and all other conditions, warranties, stipulations and statements, whether express or implied by common law, statute or otherwise are hereby excluded.
  4. If you have any problem with an event or product, please contact the supplier directly.
  5. Nonetheless for quality control purposes we would like to hear about any problem you might have, and if necessary will help you resolve it.
